The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) welcomed Mr. Satish Kumar Sivan, Consul General of India in Dubai, to the India Pavilion at the Watch & Jewellery Show Middle East 2025, held from 24–28 September.
Interacting with Indian exhibitors, Mr. Sivan underscored the need for exporters to actively explore new and emerging markets, noting that diversification is key to strengthening India’s presence in the global gems and jewellery trade. He praised the exceptional craftsmanship, contemporary design, and creativity showcased by Indian jewellers at the pavilion.
Mr. Sivan further reiterated the Consulate’s continued support in promoting Brand India across international forums. He assured exporters of the Consulate’s assistance in expanding their visibility and market access in the UAE, one of the world’s most dynamic jewellery hubs.
