GJEPC Elevates India’s Global Jewellery Presence at JCK Las Vegas 2026 with ‘Brilliant Bharat’ Showcase

The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) has reinforced India’s position as a global jewellery powerhouse with the unveiling of its India Pavilion and Design Gallery at JCK Las Vegas 2026, one of the world’s most influential jewellery trade exhibitions. Marking its 21st consecutive year at the event, GJEPC is presenting a dynamic showcase that highlights India’s evolution from a manufacturing hub to a design-driven leader in the international jewellery landscape.

Held from May 29 to June 1 at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, the 3,900-square-foot India Pavilion features 33 leading Indian exporters under the banner of the “Brilliant Bharat” initiative. The exhibition demonstrates how India is combining centuries-old craftsmanship with modern design innovation to meet the changing demands of global consumers.

The pavilion was inaugurated by Dr. K.J. Srinivasa, Consul General of India in Los Angeles, alongside GJEPC Chairman Kirit Bhansali, International Exhibitions Convener Vijay Mangukiya, PMBD Convener Ashish Borda, BITC Convener Mital Doshi, and Executive Director Sabyasachi Ray.

Designed across two levels, the pavilion offers international buyers a carefully curated journey through India’s jewellery expertise. The first level focuses on natural diamonds, studded jewellery, and plain gold creations, reflecting the country’s rich heritage in precious metals and gemstone craftsmanship. The second level presents premium natural diamond collections and high-end couture jewellery tailored to contemporary global tastes.

A major attraction at the event is the India Design Gallery, themed “Quantum Couture.” Curated by internationally acclaimed trend forecaster Paola De Luca, the gallery showcases exclusive, one-of-a-kind creations inspired by India’s artistic traditions. Through three thematic narratives—Embroidery, Micro Painting, and Poetic Layers—the exhibit reinterprets traditional Indian techniques into innovative, future-ready jewellery concepts.

Speaking at the event, GJEPC Chairman Kirit Bhansali emphasized that the organization’s continued participation at JCK Las Vegas reflects the growing global recognition of India’s jewellery sector. He noted that the pavilion represents more than a product showcase, highlighting India’s emergence as a design-led manufacturing destination capable of delivering innovation, quality, and market relevance while preserving its artisanal heritage.

Bhansali also highlighted the significance of the India Design Gallery, stating that it demonstrates the creative transformation taking place within the Indian jewellery industry. Featuring award-winning creations from the Artisan Jewellery Design Awards 2026, the gallery underscores India’s expanding role as a center for jewellery design excellence and innovation.

Commenting on GJEPC’s recent membership in the Natural Diamond Council (NDC), Bhansali described the move as a strategic step toward supporting industry-wide efforts to strengthen consumer confidence in natural diamonds. He noted that collaboration with the NDC will help advance category promotion, consumer awareness, and storytelling initiatives, ensuring that natural diamonds remain relevant and desirable among emerging generations of buyers worldwide.

Through its presence at JCK Las Vegas 2026, GJEPC is not only showcasing India’s manufacturing capabilities but also projecting the country’s growing influence as a global source of innovative design, craftsmanship, and luxury jewellery excellence.
