Industry podcaster and consultant Rod Worley has released A Time to Chant: Jewelry Trade Edition, a new book meant to help independent jewelers increase their traffic, particularly among millennials.
The book details Whorley’s “Actively Involved Marketing” program, where jewelers partner with local charities so that the organization receives money for every new customer it brings into the store. According to Whorley, when tested in one jewelry store, the program attracted 732 customers, and one-third of them had never been in the store before. About 40 percent were millennials.
The paperback edition costs $7.95. There is also a Kindle collection and an audiobook, which is available on iTunes and Audible.com.
