The Northern Regional Office of The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) conducted a two-week training programme on Fundamentals of Gems & Jewellery for officials of the Customs department from December 17-28, 2019.
At a ceremony held to mark the conclusion of the programme, 15 Customs Appraisers and Superintendents received their Certificates of Participation from Chief Guest Shri Manish Kumar, Commissioner Customs, Delhi Airport. Also present on the occasion were GJEPC Northern Region Chairman Ashok Seth and Chairman of IIGJ Delhi Dr Rajendra Bhola, at whose initiative the programme was conducted.
The customised training programme was held at IIGJ Delhi and included a one-hour practical session as well.
